WebPayments.ie was started by David Lowry in October 2008. The web site took a number of months to develop and it was officially launched in April 2009. The web site aims to provide readers with up-to-date information and independent advice relating to Online Payments. This is achieved with the following:

• Payments Glossary - introduces you to the technical terms used in the world of Online Payments.
• Online Payments Guide - provides gives information and independent advice relating to Online Payments.
• Blog - discussion and commentary on topics relating to Online Payments, Application Security and Web Development.
• Forum - an area for discussion where you can ask questions and discuss topics relating to Online Payments and Application Security.
