This is the first post on the webpayments.ie blog. We have been a long time building this site but we are finally in a position to go live. The site isn't perfect there are still a issues that we need to resolve. We do not have all the content we originally hoped to have for the launch either but we're close. All of that said we do feel that we have a good site with content that people want to read.

If you are new to online payments then we suggest you look at our online payments animation. This will give you a high level overview of how an online credit card authorisation works.

We are interested in your feedback so if you find any problems with the site or have some suggestions then please get in touch.
