Anyone care to comment on their experiences with sagepay?
I haven't had any interaction with SagePay support myself so I can't help on this one. I know they have had some outages over the past few years which got considerable media attention particularly around how support handled the outages. Take a look at the following blog posts for more details -

Hi,
I haven't had any experience with SagePay but have had quite a bit with RealEx. I am interested to know what the issues you are having with RealEx support are.
