DataCash was founded in 1997 by Gavin Breeze and Dave MacRae as a limited company to provide outsourced payment services. The company was floated on AIM in March 2000. In 2006 DataCash Group plc (AIM:DATA) acquired ProcCyber Services Ltd and the enlarged group was re-listed on AIM on the 1st June 2006.

 

Today DataCash has grown to provide Merchants with a global gateway to secure multi-channel payment processing and fraud prevention. Together, the DataCash Group provides Merchants with a fully outsourced solution that addresses all of their Payments and Fraud Needs:

In 2008 the DataCash Group efficiently processed over 175 million transactions to a value of £16 billion, for over 1000 Merchants from sectors including Retail, Travel, eCommerce, Gaming, Finance, Utilities and Government. Grand National Day 2009 ran seamlessly for DataCash bookmakers, with transactions peaking at around 3700 per minute and total transactions for the day recorded at 1,230,965.

Transaction Pricing
For most DataCash payment products and services Merchants are charged an annual license fee and monthly transactional fee based on the volume of transactions they are processing.
Setup Fee DataCash will develop bespoke solutions for Merchants where necessary, in these solutions one off costs for development and project management will be applicable.
A one off fee for access to the DataCash 3-D Secure MPI will be applicable.
Custom Pricing
